Our son and daughter-in-law hired Polly as their wedding coordinator for their fall wedding on our farm.  Polly did an extraordinary job planning the event on our property.  She visited our farm multiple times and helped us lay out where each part of the evening would take place.  She was knowledgeable about where to rent the reception tent, tables, and chairs from for both the ceremony and reception.  She had a vast assortment of decorations to choose from for the reception table centerpieces and she provided an arch for the wedding ceremony.  She also helped us coordinate with our caterers who were arriving from St. Louis, 2.5 hours from our farm.  

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early with a floor plan of where everything was to be placed, from the tent, to the tables and chairs.  She spent the day with us helping us decorate and guided us where needed.  She was extremely organized and the day flowed without a hitch.  

Polly's attention to detail, her organization, and her knowledge gained from planning many weddings, all helped make our son and daughter-in-law's wedding just the way they wanted it - simple, beautiful, and classy.  Thank you Polly for such a wonderful wedding planning experience.  - J & S
